This is a six floors above ground intervention with structure in CLT, a project of building replacement with demolition of an old industrial structure and reconstruction, as now allowed by the new definition of building renovation. In this case, the intervention, compared to the existing building, proposes changes in shape, elevations, floor space and planivolumetric and typological characteristics, with the innovations necessary for compliance with anti-seismic regulations, for the application of the legislation on accessibility, for the installation of technological systems and energy efficiency. In this way there are 45 lodgings and relative services contained in a very high energy performance envelope (NZEB). A project, therefore, that aims to produce a substantial upgrade in the existing building fabric of the consolidated city.
